River Mill homeowner and dog lover Ashley, shares the many reasons she loves living in an HHHunt Community.
Hi, I'm Ashley. And this is River. She loves these walking trails that we have going on right now. And the fact that they're lit at night is perfect for us. Actually, hang on. Let me go put her outside.
What I love most about River Mill is that it is this adorable community that's hidden away, but it's so close to 95, and I work downtown. So, it's a 15-minute drive, but it's just this quaint community and I absolutely love it.
I love as people move in. I'm able to introduce myself, meet their families, and it really is growing into an amazing community. I would say my favorite amenity in River Mill right now is the walking paths. I love the fact that they're lit so when I'm walking my dog at 5:30 in the morning or late at night, it's easy to see, I'm not worried about where I'm going. And also the fact that it leads right by the fire pit, because I have seen families out there roasting marshmallows together and having afternoon get-togethers and wine nights. And so that's just been a really fun perk.
I'm excited for warmer weather to check out some live bands at Music in the Mill. I'm excited about Food Truck Fridays to see what kind of local food is available to me, because I don't get out to downtown very often. So to have things come out here is going to be great. I love living in an HHHunt Community.
