HHHunt announces promotions in Apartment Living and Accounting
HHHunt Corporation, a diversified regional leader in real estate development, building and management for over 50 years, announces that it has promoted Lance Goss to Senior Vice President of HHHunt Apartment Living and Susan Carlton to Senior Vice President of Accounting. The promotions are effective immediately.
“Lance and Susan have made extraordinary contributions to the growth of HHHunt over the last several years,” said Harry H. (Buck) Hunt, IV, President & CEO of HHHunt Corporation. “Thanks to their work, HHHunt is well positioned as we continue our aggressive growth strategy in existing markets like Charlotte, North Carolina and new markets such as Atlanta, Georgia and Nashville, Tennessee.”
Lance Goss oversees the strategic direction as well as the financial and physical operations of HHHunt Apartment Living which includes sales, marketing, maintenance and leasing operations for nearly 8,000 HHHunt apartment homes in Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia.
With a strong foundation in HHHunt’s Brand Promises, Values and Commitments, Lance is a member of the steering committee for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging. He is also an active member of the Virginia Tech Property Management Advisory Board. He has training responsibilities through HHHunt University. He is also an active participant in the National Apartment Association as well as other local apartment associations throughout HHHunt’s footprint.
Susan Carlton joined HHHunt in 2016 as a Vice President of Accounting. During her tenure, she has supported the strategic direction of HHHunt by improving accounting processes and procedures, revamping the automation of reporting systems, and managing budgeting and forecasting. Ms. Carlton is a Certified Public Accountant and has led the accounting operations at several major corporations across the East Coast. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
