HHHunt Enters Atlanta Market with Two Apartment Community Acquisitions

HHHunt Corporation, a diversified regional leader in real estate development, building and management for over 50 years, announced that it has entered the Atlanta real estate market. HHHunt closed yesterday on its acquisition of Point on Scott and Scott Crossing apartment communities in Decatur, Georgia. The communities, which include 655 apartment homes combined, will now be known as Abberly Skye and Abberly Onyx to align the multifamily development with HHHunt’s Abberly Apartment Homes brand.  

This deal represents HHHunt’s first foray into the Atlanta multifamily market and will provide the company with opportunities to grow in the region.

Located at 2532 North Decatur Road in Decatur, Abberly Onyx includes a mix of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes that range in size from 585 square feet to over 1,900 square feet.  

Abberly Skye is located at 2550 Blackmon Drive in Decatur and includes a mix of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes that range in size from 608 square feet to over 1,500 square feet.
