HHHunt Corporation, a diversified regional leader in real estate development, building and management for over 50 years, announced that it has entered the Atlanta real estate market. HHHunt closed yesterday on its acquisition of Point on Scott and Scott Crossing apartment communities in Decatur, Georgia. The communities, which include 655 apartment homes combined, will now be known as Abberly Skye and Abberly Onyx to align the multifamily development with HHHunt’s Abberly Apartment Homes brand.

This deal represents HHHunt’s first foray into the Atlanta multifamily market and will provide the company with opportunities to grow in the region.

“HHHunt is excited to enter the Atlanta market and introduce our how you live lifestyle to the area,” said Lance Goss, Senior Vice President of HHHunt Apartment Living. “Atlanta is a vibrant and dynamic city and we’re proud to become a part of this community. Emphasizing our commitment to the region, we see significant growth potential in Atlanta and are pursuing additional opportunities locally.”

Located at 2532 North Decatur Road in Decatur, Abberly Onyx includes a mix of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes that range in size from 585 square feet to over 1,900 square feet.

Abberly Skye is located at 2550 Blackmon Drive in Decatur and includes a mix of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes that range in size from 608 square feet to over 1,500 square feet.

Apartment homes at Abberly Skye and Abberly Onyx offer residents an incredible array of modern features, including quartz countertops, custom kitchen islands with pendant lights, stainless steel appliances, built-in wine storage, spacious walk-in closets, hardwood and tile flooring, private patios and balconies and more.

Both Abberly Sky and Abberly Onyx boast a stellar Decatur location and offer easy access to everything in Atlanta. Additionally, residents can enjoy a superb set of community amenities, such as a saltwater pool, golf simulator, sauna, hammock park, spa and dog park, co-working space, climbing wall, and more. Both communities offer over 40 amenities for residents – the most in the region.

“At HHHunt, we believe it’s how you live that matters,” added Goss. “Abberly Skye and Abberly Onyx underscore our commitment to provide distinctive design, modern conveniences and unparalleled service to our residents.”
