HHHunt recognizes and may qualify members of the following professions for our Hometown Heroes Program:

• Firefighters: All paid or volunteer firefighters may be eligible. 
• Law Enforcement Workers: All active law enforcement workers may be eligible. Eligible customers must be employed at a licensed, recognized law enforcement agency's local, state, or federal level. 
• Military Personnel: Active duty enlisted military personnel from any branch of the United States Military.
• Public School Educators: Teachers employed in public education with an active teacher's license.
• Medical Professionals: Licensed doctors and nurses employed in hospitals and medical care facilities, excluding specialized medical services such as dentistry, optometry, etc.

HHHunt Homes Hometown Heroes

If you're a hero looking for a brand-new home, you may qualify for our Hometown Heroes Program by HHHunt Homes. This benefit is our way of saying thank you to firefighters, law enforcement workers, military personnel, educators, and medical professionals. It provides you with $1,500 in savings on any new home in Virginia or North Carolina. This savings will work on a new construction condo, townhome, or single-family home and can go a long way toward your move. Additionally, we work closely with lenders specializing in VA loans. Our new home advisors are here to answer any questions about this program.

HHHunt Apartment Living Preferred Employer Program

Are you a hero looking to relocate? We offer apartment home communities in Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia. Several of our apartment communities are located near military bases, government facilities, and hospitals. Like HHHunt Homes, HHHunt Apartment Living offers firefighters, law enforcement workers, military personnel, educators, and medical professionals a discount when applying for an apartment home in our communities. We also value the relationships we have created with select large employers in our cities, and their employees may qualify for this program. HHHunt's Employee Culture Recognizes Heroes

We offer great benefits like military differential pay for our heroes that work with us, and we have a few. This benefit provides wage assistance for our team members called to active duty during a state or national emergency or required drill periods. We also support our team members who volunteer in the communities that we serve.
