HHHunt Partners With Local Food Banks for Annual Food Drive

SHARE

We recently wrapped up our 2023 Company-Wide Food Drive! Team members from our Apartment Living, New Homes, Communities and Corporate business areas collected non-perishable food items to donate to local food banks. Our homeowners and residents also joined in on the effort! Over 4,000 items were collected and donated to Maryland, Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia food banks. HHHunt also matched $1.00 for each item collected, resulting in over $4,000 donated to these local non-profits.

Recipients of this year’s food and monetary donations included Haymarket Food Pantry, Chesterfield Food Bank, Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee, Feed NC, Second Harvest Food Bank of Charlotte, Loaves & Fishes, Community of Hope Ministries, HELP of Beaufort, Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank, Feed More, Harvest Hope Food Bank - Columbia, SC, Thurman Brisben Center in Fredericksburg, United Way of Southwestern Virginia, Inter-Faith Food Shuttle and the Food Bank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore. Check out our Facebook page to get to know these organizations better.

At HHHunt, we believe it’s how you live that matters, and giving back to our local communities is at the heart of who we are as a company. We’re proud to host an annual food drive to help alleviate hunger during the holiday season. We empower our team members to help others through volunteerism, and this is just one of the many opportunities they participate in. We are thankful to all who participated in this year’s food drive to help those in need and living out our Brand Promise of being an Engaged Community Partner. It’s not too late to participate! We encourage you to check out the organizations above or contact your local food bank.
