Lisa shares what she loves about HHHunt Apartment Living

We were excited to sit down with Lisa, a resident in HHHunt's Abberly Place apartment community in Garner, North Carolina, to find out what she loves about her apartment living experience.

I think what I love most about the HHHunt apartment community experience living here is both the professionalism of the staff and the things that they do to make sure that our lives are easier and better.  

I came in 2005. At the time, I was looking for a place to live that was comparable to where I had come from. Something that was high quality, affordable but also within a good location to be able to get me to and from where I wanted to go. I wouldn't have stayed as long as I have if I didn't feel comfortable in the home setting that I have.  

I have a Sonoma plan. When you walk into the apartment, all you see is open space and the living space and the dining space and the kitchen space. It's a great place to entertain, but my favorite feature of that apartment home honestly is the deck. It's huge. Summertime at this resident pool is my favorite amenity that we have. It feels like you're at a resort for a day. The staff is very customer focused because HHHunt is constantly making changes that will improve upon the resident life here. Our maintenance staff are top-notch and they're always on point. If there is something that I ever need, it could be the dishwasher goes out or the disposal or just last fall I needed a new washing machine, I didn't have to wait a week to receive it. I got it within a day. I love our maintenance staff so much.

Abberly does participate in the community. That's actually another draw to being here for me. Because any time you can be with a business or work with a business that also wants to give back to the community, then you know that they care not just about their residents, but they care about the people around them.  

What I do believe that HHHunt does is they care about making sure that their locations are places that people want to live, places that are easily commutable to where they work, to where they worship, to where they shop. Having an HHHunt property in right location will certainly make it much easier for residents to enjoy their lives and the communities that they live in. Anyone who wants to come to HHHunt or to Abberly Place, they're going to see that the community itself is so well-cared for that you're going to want to come in here, you're going to want to live here, you're going to want to be a resident of this community. I'm proud to be a resident of Abberly Place and HHHunt.
