The HHHunt Difference
Since 1966, HHHunt has provided residents, homebuyers, and homeowners with meaningful experiences and places of great distinction. Our successes are built on our commitment to our Brand Promises and Values which guide our team members to learn, innovate and deliver for our customers every day. We call this the HHHunt Difference.
How You Live Lifestyle
At HHHunt, we believe it’s how you live that matters. There are a lot of apartment homes, new home construction and master-planned community developers out there, but our focus is on providing our customers with something greater than four walls. Our focus is improving the way they live. Whether it be creating a world-class move-in experience or delivering lifestyle events for our homeowners, our mission is to build value and enrich the lives of our employees, customers and community partners. The how you live lifestyle offered by HHHunt is centered around bringing people together for a more fulfilled living experience.
Reinvesting in Our Employees and Customers
Our founder, Harry H. Hunt, III, created HHHunt with a core focus of always reinvesting in our employees and our customers. To this day, 90 percent of HHHunt’s profits are reinvested back into the company. For example, HHHunt believes the success of our company begins with how we care for our team members. We offer an excellent employee benefits package that includes a variety of great benefits including 100% employer-paid health insurance coverage for employees, life insurance, dental insurance, employee wellness programs, paid time off and sick days, education reimbursement, adoption benefits, matching 401(k) contributions, and much more. We want our team members and future team members to know that when they join HHHunt, they are joining a company that is committed to investing in their whole well-being.
HHHunt takes this same approach with our customers. In each of our apartment living, home building and master-planned community business areas, we take the time to listen to our customers to see how we can enhance their living experience. From building brand new world-class amenity centers to providing our residents and homeowners with innovative new wellness-centric amenities, we believe that reinvesting in our communities delivers long-term value for our customers. After all, one of our brand promises is to be customer focused. We have put together helpful resources to assist customers as they make the decision to look for a new home. Innovation is a buzz word right now. Although many companies claim to be innovative, we lead the way with real examples. Here are a few:
HHHunt was named a National Green Building Standard™ (NGBS) Green Partner of Excellence by Home Innovation Research Labs. This certification recognizes single-family and multifamily builders and developers who have advanced green building in their communities and are committed to voluntary, market-driven, third-party certification of high-performance homes.
We were the first apartment living provider to introduce a new Smart Home technology package in over 7,700 apartment homes in Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina. This exciting new technology from ADT, a leader in security and smart home technology in the US, allows our residents to personalize their apartments’ features to their exact specifications.
These are just a few examples of the HHHunt Difference. We invite you to explore our apartment homes, new homes or master-planned communities today to learn more about how we are improving the world and how people live by creating meaningful experiences and places of great distinction.
