South Carolina offers residents great weather year-round. While the summers can be hot, most of the year is extremely comfortable with very mild winters. In fact, along the coastal areas, the average temperature during the winter is around 60 degrees during the day! From Sassafras, you can see four states including Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.
